New series: What I Learned in Therapy Today
Hello everyone!
I want to start a new content series that shares what people learned in therapy. Perhaps it's an a-ha moment on why you felt or did something, a learning that really changed the way you thought, or something as simple as an effective mantra.
Please share something you've learned in therapy below. More in-depth stories about therapy breakthrough moments (full stories about why you went to therapy and how it helped you) can be emailed to editorial@7cups.com.
Love sharing learnings with everyone so we all grow!
Thank you!
One thing I learned a long time ago that I refer to frequently is that sometimes someone elses behavior isnt a reflection of you or anything youve done wrong. Its hard to see it that way but sometimes its not about you at all. So when things dont make sense in a situation its usually because there is more beneath the surface.
