Members should be able to message each other

I sometimes meet some great people in group support chats but most of them are members, so I have no way to talk to them again later unless I happen to run into them there again. I would love to become closer friends with them, but I have no way to find them. What I am suggesting is individual chat ability between members. Now, if something happens, and you need help in individual chat, there should be a call moderator button so that you can get help. And I think only the person who called the moderator/ the moderator him/her/theirself should be able to dismiss the moderator. What do you all think?
