Example Exercises?

I have been reading some of the courses in the self help guidesand I'm wondering if there are any example Exercises? Or a resource somewhere that would contain them?For me that would be helpful. My thoughts aren't completely on track yet with what I'm reading, though I'minterestedinunderstanding.Sometimes it'sharder to think clearly lately due to an injury soI thinkseeing a examplesof themfilled out would help mebetter understandwhat I'm meant to try to do.
