even if you do not self-injure, feel free to list your own!
just as an example, here are some methods i use to cope with urges or overall sadness:
writing
drawing
painting books
forcing myself to gasp
clean, or if i havent done it in a while, redecorate my room
there's more, but i could go on for at least 10 minutes minimum.
