Coping with anger issues

This is the first post i make here. I hope i dont mess anything up

I have severe anger issues. I have tried meditation, excersise and all those things to release or deal with my agresion but none of them work. The only thing that works is punching things, but as to not break anything valuable, i punch a wall. I dont want to be graphic but it goes as well as you expect.

My fists are full of scar tissue and most of the times i wear gloves to cover up the most recent injuries. I have ways to rationalize it by saying "just like people that smoke, they wreck their body to release stress. Im no different and they should not judge me"

Im aware that this is wrong but i keep doing it anyway
