Bad Habits

I'm autistic and have ADHD and anxiety. I pick my skin all the time (mostly my hands). Some of the time I don't notice when I'm doing it but even when I do I physically can't stop myself. I need to stop but I don't know how or what to do. If you have any advice, please let me know.

a few alternatives can be fidget rings to play around with if you do get the urge to pick at your skin. If you put glue (hot glue or liquid glue) on parchment paper/wax paper, I think it should have the same effect as the picking and peeling! Putty can also be used, maybe to fidget with and to tear apart if you have a strong urge. I’m not sure how well these could work for you but I hope you’ll find something! :)
