you're never alone

I know sometimes life takes us down the path we don't want to go, feelings/emotions are hard to cope with at times, or friends and family treat us unfairly. But just know you are never alone! There is always that one friend, family member, or colleague willing to be there for you and if there isn't then there is always your local crisis line. People on your crisis line care about you and are there for you 24/7 if you need to talk to someone or just need support. Please know that is always an option, calling 988 or a known hotline.
