Trigger warning I am one day clean of sh and am happy

Yesterday i sh for the first time. i stopped  ,and am one day clean. im trying not to let this progress into addiction, as i do not want to hur myself physically, or anyone else mentally. urges were here, but i fought through. ill give updates on how it goes .
