@ProbablyParker Keeping busy sounds like a great approach. <3 Do you enjoy any activities like coloring, journaling, playing games etc? They can be quite helpful in collecting the anxious thoughts at times also, I feel.

@ProbablyParker Aw yay these are awesome hobbies to have, I'm not the best at either lol but I enjoy it too, when I can, quite calming, I think. What are some other hobbies you like, if you'd like to share?❤

Congrats on 2 weeks, that is amazing! I have found that both chamomile and kava tea really help when I am very stressed out, and if you don't like the taste of it honey is very good in it. I also have an app called Tochi Diary where you can add emotion orbs and every day or more if I am struggling, I select the emotions I feel and my needs and coping skills and then journal. All of it can be personalized as far as emotions to choose from and needs and coping skills, etc. It has really been helpful to check in with myself and journaling has always helped me to get it out of my head. Hope this helps.

Focus on your hobbies or make yourself busy, just like what you are doing right now. If you can't control the temptation, 7 cups Is always here to motivate you.

@ProbablyParker

That is so positive, and I am really proud of you for trying and doing so well ✨ I know how hard it can be to stay clean, and the first few months are always the most difficult as it can be hard to find other ways to relieve stress and healthier ways of coping.

Finding other ways to cope and keep distracted is really important and it's best to look at things you enjoy doing such as gaming, drawing, art?
