Hi everyone it's good to see you all 💜 today I wanted to ask members how long have they been resisting the urges to self harming and when was the last time you did it?

It's a safe space here and I would love to know how you are all doing so far. 💜

I am a listener but I did attempt it in middle school but I haven't done it since..its not a good way to deal with pain
