I've seemed to notice that we're being hard on ourselves lately. So, does anyone have any ideas on some ways to stop you from being mean to yourself?

One of the most common ways is to manifest. 

Keep a sort of journal and write empowering words on it. Whenever you feel down, read them over and over again until you believe it. It's worked a couple times for me.👍🏻
