setting up listener profile.

I requested to set up my listener profile, however when I click continue set up from my emails, it just takes me straight back to this profile. I think I mag have set it up wrong, can tell me how to get it sorted ? thanks. Xxx

Hi @LestatYou may want to try logging out of your member profile before trying to register as a listener. You can also try to refresh browser, or try to do it from another browser or incognito/private browsing mode. If the problem persists, you can message our tech support and they should be able to help you solve the problem.
