sending feedback on listener

You can leave a rating and review to a listener after a prescribed number of messages (10 messages shared, I think?). In the lower right corner of the chat window you should see a 'Yellow Star' which is what you can click on to leave a rating and review.

To leave a positive review, just enter in the number of stars that you feel the listener deserves. If you would like to leave a written text review, which will show on the listener's profile then that can be typed in the box as well. They always go down well with listeners as they provide great feedback on how we're doing.
