question about the progress path

Sorry you had to experience that, it's quite odd :O, more often times than not, the listener progress path asks you to either to;
~ Take a general request, if it does ask you to do that, the chat needs to reach 30 messages to be classed as 1 chat. So until you reach that point in the conversation it won't allow you to go up a step. <3
~ Complete a training guide, with this you need to completely finish the guide and earn the badge for it to go up a step ! <3
~ Send x amount of messages in a room, you will have to send the exact amount of messages asked, or more, for you to go up a step ! <3
~ Send a message to a fellow listener.
~ Posting in the forum, you need actually make a post, this does not have to be a new thread, it can be a reply to someone else's thread .

There are quite a few more :O, but those are the ones I have encountered :D. If you did all that had to be done for the step and it still does not allow you to move up to step 10, it would be best to put in a support ticket :) <3
