No one is here to judge. And if you're not ready to let it all out, or if you feel vulnerable sharing your life story, then simply don't do it. Take your time. Maybe talking to people about it one on one first will help you bring yourself to telling everything to everyone on here. :)

The advice provided above is great. Thanks :) The only thing I would like to add atop of that is that you may wish to try a number of listeners as well. Just to feel out until you find someone you really feel comfortable with :)
