name change. could it be possible with no serious reason?
i've been using this member account for a year or two and it was always too late to change the name. i tried those name change forms to change my name but they never worked.i probably had no valid reason to. so my actual reason is that i have grown out of that phase (it's a bit long to explain so basically i had a phase in which i liked funny usernames and i always had a happy and weird username) and i have grown a bit more into depression and teenagehood and i need a change of my name :(. i think i will keep the doge name in it but i'm not sure about "thawing".i don't really wanna bother you with another long explanation but thawing is a word that i made up in that phase. the old phase. i was younger and happier. now i'm different.i really wish to change it but when i type my reason into the form i never get a reply. would it be possible to change my name because i grew older and i changed character? should i submit yet another form for name change? i don't want to make another account just for the name because i know i will get tired of this new name as well

As the form says, a change of username is a process that takes up quite a lot of administrative time, and is very confusing for other users, but it's definitely possible. If you've already submitted the form, my guess is that your reason wasn't deemed important enough. I personally feel that usernames are one of the most important expressions of ourselves on 7 Cups, and if we don't feel that our name represents us, we're less likely to engage and receive support, but that's just my two cents.
If you fill in the form again, make sure to explain how your username no longer suits you, and how it's affecting your willingness to engage in 7 Cups, and hopefully it will be approved!
