How do you get a listener account that is frozen or in limbo, active again? I guess it ended up like this because I was gone for a while.

If you have issues with a listener (or member) account, you can always email community@7cups.com to help sort it out or if it seems like it is a technical issue, rather than a policy one, you can submit a support ticket.
