account gone, where is the help

Account , user name and password gone won't work why the hell is this keep happening . I am so flustrated. I can not get to my Therapist which I am paying for if this darn site keeps locking me out. Only been back in a few days from last locke out. This so crazy and it's hell getting to try to find a source of help. I contacted support early this morn for a password reset to see if that would open my account no response. So I have lost almost a week of therapy. No one has said they will give those days back or credit my account.

That account appears as an active account when I look at the profile. Can you try changing the password? There is a reset option that doesn't require support help, but your email would have to be recognized by the system for it to work.
Beyond that, you need help from one of the admins, I'm not sure if they are working typical hours this week.

I dont see any problem with the account scarletPear1945, it seems active with no locks from the system.
Can I ask what problem you have been having with logging in?
The first thing that comes to mind is changing the password (you can do that here). If that doesnt work, I definately recommend you to fill up a submittion ticket here...because it sounds like there might be a bug there.

Listen I done all that Yes it's fine now just got back on after trying since 9 am. I can send you all 15 or twenty times I have been sent a reset pass word they would not work. When this happens my whole profile picture disappears and I become someone else/ Then even typing and trying to put my information it tells me that the email or username is wrong.There is something wrong that this keeps doing this, Then I try to get support but since I don't have an account it won't let me get support nor leave a message. Then the new member thing jumping all over the place but it comes with a new name this is the third name I have been given to get in for help. This is not in my head it's on this site
