What are Referrals?

I'm fairly new here and people keep mentioning referrals needed for badges and things, but I'm not really sure what referrals are? Can someone explain them to me? Thanks

Perhaps they mean referral clicks that count towards certificates that you can earn here? They can be found by going to Path > Training & Certificates > Certificates. From there you will see the different things that count towards getting a certificate, Referral clicks being one of them! You can post your personal link (which can be found on the lower left hand side of your progress path page) online and when people click on it, you will get credited for it! Hope this helps :)
