What FIlls You Up?
Yesterday I went to the doctor and he said I need to enhance my self care by doing things that fill me up. I started a short list and I'd like to hear: what fills you up?
-Quality time petting my dog
-Trips to the dog park (in nice weather!)
-Chatting on 7 Cups
-Going to a church service and allowing myself to let go and connect
-A yoga class that allows me to connect with myself and my inner reality
-Cooking with friends
-Iced coffee
I'm glad you're able to make a list like this. It'sdefinitely so helpful in recovery. :)
- Walking my germanshepherd
- A mug of hot chocolate or coffee
- Cuddles with my boyfriend
- Good music
- Seeing or looking at pictures of my younger siblings
- Beaches/wilderness
- A really good outfit
It's nice to consider what fills you up!!
-spending time with my boyfriend
-going to the beach
-eating at nice restaurants
-cooking a meal from scratch
