Please someone help me with technical support issue and or contact information for technical support.

My app will not allow me to continue after I paid for the app.

Im very excited yo get started and this is frustrating me.

I'm not sure exactly what you're referring to, as the app should be free. There are things that can be paid for though, like the personalized growth paths and the therapists.

The support team's email is support@7cups.com there is also a link for support tickets, I don't know how to access that from the app
