@newbiebunny - do you know how to open a support ticket?
1. Go to Technical Support & Feedback (either from the Community menu to Support & Feedback or using the links here).
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page (assuming none of the FAQs solve your problem).
3. Tap the "Submit a Support Ticket" button
4. Fill out the form and submit.
