Referrals for services other than suicide.org

When in a chat, I was wondering in addition to suicide.org being listed under "click here for advice and crisis referral information" there could be links to other referrals for other topics as well. I saw them listed in one of the training sessions, but I can't understand why they are not listed under this link that appears in everychat session. It would be much easier for the listeners to have a list of commonly used referall links immediately on hand(in a form that can be copied and pasted) so that they don't have to go searching and their focus can remain on listening to the person that they are in a chat session with. It seems like it would be a "no-brainer" to me to have this.
