Question about therapy service

Hello everyone. This might be a silly question, but I hope someone could reply to this. Today I accidentally clicked "start therapy" and then the bot started to chat with me. I did not have any intention to talk with therapist so I ignored it. Just now I got an email about therapy registration. It said that my therapy registration is almost complete (?). What should I do now? Should I ignore it or contact the admin? I don't want to use the service and be charged. Thank you!

I've accidentally done that before, several times actually. I think you're fine. I even asked about this a while back and they said they were looking into the email frequency? Idk

Also you can't be charged if you haven't given them your info.

actually you will receive emails about it for several consecutive days, but you can just ignore it!
