My 1-on-1 will not work

Well for the past week or so my 1-on-1 hasnt been working properly. When i click on the person i want to chat with it just comes up with a cicle of dots (the loading thingy). So i would appreciate so help if thats okay :) haha ... ta ta then ... talk soon

Hi @sorrowfulApple9it seems that you are experiencing some technical difficulties. If you have already checked that your browser is updated and you have no trouble loading other websites, I'd recommend submitting a support ticket by scrolling to the bottom of this page and filing in the form. After explaining the problem you have, our developer will be able to look into it and perhaps reply with an answer on how to resolve it, or if it is some sort of a bug, they can fix it.
