Mock chat for verified listener badge?

I signed up for it and a listener ended up messaging me around 24 hours ago telling me to message her when she's ready to do it but I was busy at the time and wasn't able to reply. Now, 24 hours later, she's gone. I don't know if she's blocked me or deactivated her account? I'm just confused. What should I do?

@JakeLovesYou You can give it a few days to see if they reactivate and if not, you can put in another request. Does this sound about right, @PolarCat and @Amelia ?
