Messages?
I am fairly new around here & maybe I'm just not looking in the right place...but...
Where do I find my messages? I keep receiving notifications that I have 2 messages, but when I click on it, it brings me to "my path". Where are messages hiding? I've looked in notifications & they are not there either. I've tried on both the mobile app & through the website on my laptop.
Help?
(Will I even be able to read any responses to this thread? Who knows?) 
So it's showing that someone replied to my post, but I can't see what they wrote. Why is this happening?
@BJY - If you can see this, hopefully I can help clear this up. If you click on a notification, for instance for a response to a forum post, you would be taken right to the thread. If it's a long thread, you might have to scroll through to find the reply to you, but it should be there.
In terms of seeing messages, on the website if you are logged in, you can go to 'Chat' > 'My Conversations' or on the app you can click on the place where it says Chat at the bottom of the screen.
If that's still not working, I recommend submitting a support ticket here
