Lost a conversation with a member!
Hello. I had a conversation, late Friday night 2/27, with a young member who had recently lost her mother. I was really hoping to follow up with her today. She said that she wanted to stay in touch too. When I went to my conversations and checkedmy impact page, I found that that particular conversation was missing. I am embarrassed to say that I do not remember her screen name. Is there a way to find her? I am just concerned for her. She is going through such a tough time.

If you are on a computer or a web browser, you need to log in to your listener account and then click on the "listener dashboard" tab or the "conversations" tab, not the "impact" tab to see list of all the people you've talked to previously.
