Listener Account Suspension
If your listener account gets suspended, will it get unsuspended? and if so, how long does that take?
If a listener gets suspended they are evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine whether they're a safe person to listen to our members. If they pass muster they should be back in a couple weeks.

If I am not wrong, if an account is suspended you should receive an email informing you of this, the reason, what to expect (if its permanent or temporary) and where to reply to.
If you cannot find the email or some of the information regarding this you can send an email to info@7cups.com and they will address your concern and be able to provide the correct information :)

I have a listener account and a member account, but today I was not asked whether I wanted to go to my listener or my member account when I logged in. Does this mean I am suspended for some reason? I can't figure out how to get back to my listener account...
try logging out and then logging in again. if your listener account was suspended, it'll tell you when you log in and they would have sent an email

My listener account got suspended, like thursday night. I filled out the form thingy that they sent me in the email. Should I wait or send them an Email. I really need my account back, because I talk to people daily because they need help :( What do I do???
