In what time zone are the events in the Calendar?

This might be a stupid question, but whenever I enter the Calendar, I see the hours that the events are set but I don't know which time zone are they in.

I'm sure that is a time zone from the US, but I think that there are more than one? I'm not sure cause I'm not from there.

@astm, That's not a stupid question at all! All times posted are in EDT (; You can use worldtimebuddy.com to help with the conversion, if you need it.
