I can't log in to my listener account when im on mobile device/ different browser

Hi there :) i am wondering if anyone knows how to solve this. I can't log in into my account when im in different device/browser 
Each time i log in with different device, it'll redirect me into my member account, and there's no option for the listener acc. However i can only open the listener account with my laptop mozilla browser. Is there any solution to this? i can't use my app too :(

@hilittlefinger In your mobile browser, you can hit the "private" or go "incognito" to log into 7cups.com, from there you can choose the listener option. On the app, you can swipe to the left and a menu will pop up. There's an option you can tap to change from member to listener account. Hope this helps!
