How to get badges beside your username?

I have been wondering ever since I saw some members with badges saying stuff like "Supportive Voice" or "Kind One" next to their usernames in chat.
Can regular members get these? Or only listeners?

Hey!
The ones you are mentioning about are for Members, which are earned depending on how active they are. Listeners have badges depending on their roles such as: Moderator, Discussion Host for various Supportive Teams (Events Team, Depression Support, Student Support etc).
