How to block a mod?

There is a moderator who makes me feel uncomfortable. I can't use chats when I have to look at their messages but I want to be able to talk to people.
I have reported this mod but nothing has come of it, so how can I block them?

I don't think there's any way to block/mute a moderator in a chatroom!
