How can I see languages of the General Request profiles?

Are you asking for the languages of the listeners? If so, when you look at their profile, it usually lists the languages they speak on there.

If the person is a guest, he/she obviously will not have a profile page. A member will have a profile page but it won't include his/her languages. Only a listener's profile will include his/her languages. I hope this cleared your doubt.
