Do you mean you want to review another listener? Only members can review listeners, and they get a popup prompting them to do so after 30 messages between them and a listener. If they choose not to rate and review then, they can press the star button below the send button to review the listener at any point. And if the listener uses the "End chat" button, the member will get another chance to review them then.
As a listener, however, you cannot review other listeners.
