I can find a way to report problems! I start a mindfullness tape & a few minutes in I have to hit home button on my phone to get it continue ,,,which would be no big deal but then it just stops instead of continuing to play. It does this on all meditations & driving me crazy. I have android Samsung 7 if it matters but I use other meditation apps and this doesn't happen . I really love meditations here. Please help someone

Sorry you're having problems with the app. Head to the bottom of this page and file a support ticket and someone should reach back out to you>> https://www.7cups.com/supportDesk.php

Some of the videos are available at youtube via the Mindfulness Resource Center >> https://www.7cups.com/forum/MindfulnessSupportCommunity_106/ResourceLibrary_1062/. In the case of these videos, be sure that your Youtube App is up-to-date as well.


You can also use a browser in your mobile device to access 7cups.com with your email and password.
