Experienced listeners?
I have been browsing listeners profiles but finding it hard to find either listeners who are not so young, or so new. The majority seem to have only become a listener within the last few days (or at least, the active ones I am looking at seem to be), and many look oh so young. It reminds me of when I went the dentist and found he was obviously much younger and I felt so old. Is it wrong to feel the need to talk to someone older (and 'wiser') than myself?
When you Browse Listeners, you can change how you browse by rating and by cheers. The more cheers and ratings they have the more experience generally
Listeners that have been here a while do tend to get a lot of repeat members and as such do not appear online even when they actaully are.The reason for this is because they get a lot of personal chat requests and cannot take them all at once.However if you would like to speak to one it is a very good idea to message them and ask if it might be possible to set up a time to talk.

I have a few that I just love to talk to but it's not easy finding them. Guess that's why they are so good :-)
You can also send an offline message to an older/more experienced listener, and they'll get back to you to schedule a chat, if they can. Good luck!
Another thing. If you see someone you want to talk to is offline or busy, you can drop them a message to know if you can talk sometime and when.
