If a weeping angel sees a silent when the silent turns away dose the angel move or dose it forget?

The angel would move because nothing would be looking at it. Weeping angels can not move when they are looked at. Hope this helps.

The angel would move. The angel wouldn't forget because it isn't the one looking away. If the silent turned away the angel would still be facing it AND be free to move. xxx
