Connecting Message
I wanted to chat with a listener earlier; however, the process of getting connected was taking a while and I had to go. I simply logged off the site. Now I've logged back on, though, and there's still a green bar that shows at the bottom: "Connecting you with a kind human being." How do I get rid of this or do I just have to wait until someone connects? Thanks.

Hey there :) Apologies if it's taking you a while to connect to a listener, the wait time can be quite high at this time of day. To cancel the request you have, you need to either put in a new general request (by pressing 'Connect to a listener now') or by sending a personal request (by going to a listener's profile and trying to send them a message). Either of these options will result in a pop-up asking you if you'd like to Cancel Live Request, and then you can press Yes

The "Connecting you with a kind human being" loading bar has been on my screen for over 30 minutes now. The support chat rooms work. But the 1-on-1 chat doesn't. I think something is broken. Right now it is Monday evening EST. The last time this happened, it was Sunday afternoon EST.
