Chats that never occurred are listed?
Hi! I only had two chats with two lovely but different individuals, yet my account gave me extra badges and points for having third chat (stating that I had two chats with the same listener). I double-checked my conversations to make sure I didn't accidentally start a third chat, but never did. Has this happened to others, or is it possible that my account was accessed by someone else? Just saw this discrepancy and was confused & a little worried.

Hi Faith. "A conversation" counts as 30 messages sent between you and the listener. So perhaps you sent 60 or more messages with one listener and 30 with the second listener, which results in 3 conversations. It does not mean that you need to separately connect with 3 different listeners in order to get more "conversations".
