I opened my 7 cups profile when I was visiting in Malaysia. Now that I'm back in Lebanon I can't seem to change the flag from malaysian flag to lebanese flag. Can someone please tell me how to do that?

Your issue with the home country is a common one here. At present, the only way to change your home country is to email community@7cups.com explaining that you would like your home country to change to Lebanon.
