Can't Switch Accounts
I have a Member and a Listener account, both under the same email. However, I have no option anymore to sign in to the Listener account - it just defaults to the Member account.
Is there a way to fix this? Am I just logging in wrong?

Hey there, thank you for raising this concern, I think it's something that a lot of people go through, and it can be really distressing to think that you can't get onto an account. If that ever happens to me, I tend to clear cache and cookies, which should stop the site defaulting to one account. You could also try opening things up on a different browser.
If that doesn't work, use the 'I forgot my password' option on the log in screen, which will send a new password to the email account you used, which will cover both accounts. That will mean that when you go to log in, you will definitely be given a choice of account, and you can then change the passwords on both to guarantee that they're separate from each other.
