Safety to me

I am here for many reasons mainly support. I believe that safety comes in many forms. There is internet safety. There is physical safety
There is emotional safety. I think that when we are listning and talking with one another it is important to create a safe apace for people to let their emotions be expressed and heard by the community which they are part of. The reciprocal is equally important.

Well said! I agree, emotional safety is so important and is a problem at this time, so many of us were raised without it. Active listening, empathy, patience and allowing others to express their thoughts and feelings is important.
