Safety Leaders Across 7 Cups!
Introduction
Hi, everyone! Hope you're keeping well. It has been brought to my attention that some of you are feeling a little unsure of who leads within safety/who to contact regarding safety across the site, be that related to safety teams or general safety concerns. Hopefully, this post will help ease any worry and offer some useful information! 🌞
General Safety
@Heather225 - H leads the community management team! They oversee the general community and handle greater safety concerns. Please contact them for general safety concerns, or email community@7cups.com.
@EvelyneRose - Evelyne is the Quality Specialist here on 7 Cups. She helps to lead all quality/safety teams and is a member of the admin team. Contact her for things related to safety teams.
@Bookworm4 - a part of admin, the ATL project and a driving force behind teen safety, bookworm helps to manage safety on the teen side! Feel free to direct to her any teen-specific safety issues.
@Jenna - as a safety ambassador, Jenna supports the community with important safety initiatives and ensures the site stays safe behind the scenes.
Safety Patrol
@Rebekah (that's me!) - I lead the Safety Patrol team, and the Safety Patrol Outreach Team. These are interactive teams whereby we can enforce safety rules regarding profiles (usernames, bios, and profile pictures). Please click here if you're interested in learning more about what we do! I am also always happy to answer any and all questions relating to the team and site safety!
@tommy - Tommy is the SP[OT] mentor leader! He helps to lead the safety teams with Rebekah, and is also able to answer any questions relating to the team and site safety!
@AuRewolf, @AnnaSilverberg and @positivepumpkin22 - Rewolf, Anna and Pumpkin are all Project Agents for SP[OT]! They often do check-ins, AMAs, application grading, forum posts, and sometimes outreaches to potential SP applicants.
Conclusion
I hope that this post helps! Please feel free to contact me with any questions regarding this post 🌞 There are some resources below (they will be updated as and when) which I hope can also help to reduce any confusion!
