Listener account

so i recently took a self care break from my listener account, this morning i logged back on to my account on the website and it worked fine but i can’t get back in on the app version, it usually has a button saying ‘swap account’ but it’s not there even though i signed back in on the website does anyone know how to do that? thanks :)

Hiya @sofiacarsonfan27 the app can be a little slow and buggy at times, did you try clearing the cache and perhaps upgrading it to the latest version?

If the issue still persists you can try changing the passwords for one of your account (either Listener or Member), while keeping the same mail address, and see if it works then!

thank you so much! i ended up doing it by logging out of my member account and when i logged back in it came up with the option to go into listener account but thank you (:

Ooh it's fun how one way or another works out so it's always more "hacks" in the list to keep trying and see what works. :D I'm glad you got your access back on the app!
