Hello and welcome back to The Self-Care Lounge π
When you have a healthy self-esteem, you can appreciate your strengths, accept your weaknesses, while work to strengthen your strengths and weaken your weaknesses.
As we strive for a healthy self-esteem, this week we'll work to build confidence in your strengths through exercise below. Ready?
Exercise:
1. What are some of your strengths? Put an end to self-doubt. Write them down. We believe in you!
2. Make a week-long plan to improve those areas. You can have more than one plan.

Strength: Athleticism Plan for the week: Make an effort to go out for at least three runs and do three workouts. Theyβre good for my mental health anyways. :)
