I love him but he is married

I was in relatioship for more than one year. We broke but I still loved him. He still sent me messages but I don't know why I didn't want to come back. One day I realized he was going to become father. I felt really sad and now I regret of finishing the relationship. He has a family now. I think of him day and night. I want to forget him. I want to know a new person that hepls to forget him
