I don't know what to do all most every day I feel extremely sad out of nowhere

Mostly started after my wife said she wasn't sure if she wanted to be with me anymore but two days later she says she wants me she loves me and we're goin to get though it she's not leaving

It sounds like she is confused and for whatever reason was fed up and said those hurtful things but then decided it’s not worth going to extremes.


After she told you the first thing how did you react? Did you seem upset or hurt or talk to her?
