Help! I am obsessed to my fetish and can't control

Hi! I am a 15 year old guy and I have a weird fetish, a wedgie fetish. I do self wedgies almost daily. I watch images, videos, dares, stories etc. on internet. I just can't stop the thought of wedgies. I feel anxious or restless if I don't do them. It is interfering too much in my life. I can't even concentrate on my studies. I am addicted to wedgies as it gives temporary pleasure and I often ejaculate after doing them, but it leaves me exhausted after doing. It's like abusing myself as I am hurting my ass so much. I feel so guilty and embarrassed as if I am some freak. Please help me to get my mind off wedgies as I can't control when the urge comes. Please give me some advice.
