What type of person is okay with their ex trying to break him up with the girl he's seeing, cheating on the gf with the ex, and forcing the gf while she's pregnant with his child into a threesome with the ex? Then blocking the ex still calling her a best friend that he cares about?

Maybe toxic, maybe just freaky sexual behavior for fun. I know some guys love the thrill of being with different girls. Its this freaky behavior they enjoy. Its almost like this is a type of dominance thing they like. Looks like someone just wants that extra side chick action which is normal for guys. So it could be toxic depending if both parties don't like those encounters or freaky fun if they enjoy them.
